A group in University of New Brunswick opened predicted Protease structure of SARS virus in public

May 30, 2003, a research team in University of New Brunswick (Canada) has opened the structural models of protease of SARS virus, predicted by homology modeling, in public.

In order to accelerate the studies to develop drugs to treat SARS, In-Silico Sciences Inc. has started to offer the predicted structural data of the SARS proteins for free-of-charge, at 17:00, May 9 2003 (3:00, May 9 in NY). In addition, SGI Japan has published a press release about the service of offering the predicted structural data of the SARS proteins for free-of-charge at 13:00, May 12 2003 (23:00, May 11 in NY).
